TOP QUESTIONS

WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR BOOKING?

Upon booking within an approved appointment time, you will be sent a deposit link to hold your appointment. The deposit will be charged at a rate of $25 for each horse booked in your session.

HOW DO I PREPARE MY HORSE FOR A SESSION?

Please be sure that your horse is dry, groomed, and hooves are picked before their session. Please do not feed your horse within 30-60 minutes of the session. Any necessary grooming will incur a $10 fee.

DO I HAVE TO BE THERE WHILE MY HORSE IS MASSAGED?

I require the presence of the owner or another designated handler for holding purposes during the massage, as well as to hand walk the horse for 5-10 minutes afterwards to prevent post massage stiffness.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?

Please provide at least a 24hr notice in the event that you must cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to provide proper notice will result in the loss of your deposit.

CAN I RIDE BEFORE/AFTER MY HORSE IS MASSAGED?

You are fine to ride before your horse's massage, as long as they are dry and groomed at the time of their session. Please give your athlete 24 hours to recoup from their session before riding again. Similar to human massage, the release of toxins in the body can cause your horse to feel a little under the weather for a few hours after the massage. This small window of time off allows the toxins to be eliminated from the body as well as gives time for muscle rejuvenation, to yield the best results possible.

DO TRAVEL FEES APPLY?

Travel for sessions (outside of events) will incur a fee of $1/mile if distance is excessive to 30 miles each way.
